All prices listed on Shokhar Bazar are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payments through:

  • Bkash

  • Nagad

  • Rocket (coming soon)

  • Bank Transfer (IFIC Bank)

For bank payments, please use the provided account number and transaction type NPSB for orders above 3999 BDT.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, or promotional offers at any time without notice.
 Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

 

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
 Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳140

We work with trusted local couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery nationwide.
 Shokhar Bazar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural events.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to love what you buy.
 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof.

Refund or Replacement Policy:

  • Eligible for replacement if the item is unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed via the same method used for purchase.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not guaranteed unless it hasn’t been processed for shipping yet.

 

8. Coupon Codes and Promotions

Coupon codes provided by Shokhar Bazar can be applied during checkout.
 They are valid only for the period mentioned and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
