1. When You Can Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or processed for delivery.
Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible for Cancellation:

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Change of mind before dispatch

  • Payment made but you wish to stop the order before shipment

If the order is already in transit, please contact our customer service team for return assistance after receiving the product.

 

2. How to Cancel Your Order

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Name used to place the order

  • The Reason for cancellation

Our support team will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours (during business hours).

 

3. Cancellations for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you’ve placed a Cash on Delivery order and wish to cancel it, please do so before the product is shipped.
Once the courier picks up the product for delivery, the order cannot be canceled.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept confirmed COD orders without valid reasons may lead to account suspension or restriction from future COD purchases.

 

4. Cancellations for Prepaid Orders

If you paid in advance using Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer, you can request a cancellation before dispatch.
In this case, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days via the same payment method used during checkout.

 

5. Shokhar Bazar’s Right to Cancel

In rare cases, Shokhar Bazar may cancel an order due to:

  • Product stock unavailability

  • Payment verification failure

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Invalid or incomplete delivery address

If your order is canceled by us, you’ll be notified immediately, and any paid amount will be fully refunded.

 

6. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before shipment:

  • Bkash/Nagad payments: Refunded within 2–3 business days

  • Bank payments: Refunded within 3–7 business days

  • COD orders: No payment collected; no refund required

Refunds are always processed through the original payment method.

 

7. Modifying an Order

If you want to modify your order (for example, change the quantity, color, or shipping address), please contact us before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, modification is no longer possible.

 

8. Order Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, once you receive the product, you can still request a return or replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.

 

9. Policy Updates
