4. Return Shipping

  • If the product was damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, Shokhar Bazar will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (for example, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return delivery charge.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during return shipment.

 

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Refunds are processed if:

  • Mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad): 2–3 business days

  • Bank transfer: 3–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund through mobile payment after item return verification
